The service

[Company / provider name] provides AI creation of vertical (9:16) videos and helps upload them to the social platforms you connect — only when you confirm each upload.

Prohibited content

• Impersonating real people (deepfakes) without permission
• Illegal, hateful or sexual content
• Content that infringes copyright or violates YouTube, Facebook or TikTok policies

You are responsible for what you publish and must label it “AI-generated” where platforms require. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Credits and fees

• Managed mode: prepaid credits are reserved when a video starts and charged for what was actually used.
• If creation fails because of our system or an AI provider, the credits are refunded. Re-creating because you do not like the result is charged normally.
• Credit expiry and refund terms: [set by the provider]
• BYOK mode: any monthly platform fee is paid to us, while AI usage is billed directly to your own AI provider account. You are responsible for your API keys (we recommend setting a spending limit with the provider).

Limitation of liability

AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Always review a video before publishing. Platforms may limit or remove posts under their own policies.
