[Company / provider name] (“we”) provides a website for creating vertical videos with AI. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Data we collect

• Account: your email and a hash of your password (we never see the password itself).
• Content you create: prompts, scripts, images, audio, subtitles and videos.
• Social accounts you connect (YouTube, Facebook Page, TikTok): account ID, display name and an encrypted access token.
• AI provider API keys you add (BYOK mode): stored encrypted and never shown again.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details, only a reference and the amount.
• Usage and security data: IP address, sign-in history, account connections and upload confirmations (audit log).

How we use it

• To create the videos you ask for and upload them to the platforms you choose only when you confirm
• To bill for the service, prevent abuse and keep the system secure.

Who we share it with

• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Pexels, fal.ai, OpenAI, Microsoft Edge TTS): only the prompts and text needed to create the video — never your email or tokens.
• YouTube, Facebook and TikTok: the video and caption when you publish.
• Stripe (payments) and infrastructure / error-tracking providers (error reports contain no personal data).

Use of YouTube through this service is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access on the Google security settings page

Retention

• Intermediate files (per-scene images and audio) are deleted automatically within about 7 days. Finished videos are kept until you delete them.
• When you delete your account, everything is deleted immediately, except payment records the law requires us to keep (no longer linked to the account).

Your rights
